few more days went by and that's when she opened 151 cases to return the items followed with an email saying she was going to get refund on all cost. several emails later, 34 to be exact, she threaten me with bad feedback, reports to ebay, and more demands. I once again directed her to read the terms of sale on the listings. So far so good right?Ī week later the buyer started sending me emails demanding partial refund on the shipping. I reminded her that with the holidays, postal service is slow and she was asking for it way too soon. I had a bad feeling about this so I shipped the items insured with signature requirement.īuyer emailed me that she hadn't received the items few days later. (my shipping covers all fees and shipping). I directed her to READ the listings where I clearly state I do not combine shipping. She replied that shipping was too high and wanted cheaper. She continued her shopping spree and totaled 525 dolls order. Buyer replied that it wasn't enough and I was expensive. I emailed her with a quote on how many items she would get for the money and the total with shipping. Contacted me in the middle of her buying spree asking me to make a single auction up to 500 dolls. Oh boy, I also have a bad experience with german ebay.īuyer bought 150 items around dec 14. That's it rant over I just needed to let of steam. Today I told the advisor I was close to quitting. I've been a business seller/power seller on ebay for 14 years. Am I allowed to swear on here? The tracking is clearly on the ebay record visible to both the buyer and ebay bloody Germany! If after 10 days we can't then ebay will step in with a decision. The reponse from Germany is that I should provide the buyer with tracking information and we should work together to resolve the situation. So for the 4th time an ebay advisor has put in another request to have the cases closed. I called ebay UK again after rattling off another terse response to ebay Germany AGAIN explaining the situation and AGAIN explaining that I had fulfilled my obligations and that I was about to call ebay UK again to put in a massive complaint. That email was replied to by Germany within the hour advising me to 'work with the buyer to resolve the situation'!!!! The buyer and I are in agreement!! I got a response within the hour from 'higher management' requesting 'more detailed information'! Yet again I gave them the 2 tracking ID's and explained at length the nature of the problem. Another very helpful advisor, compiled a report and escalated it to 'higher management' in ebay Germany. Then 10pm last night it started pinging again - 18 more times as I was REMINDED 18 times to respond to the cases!!!! Nothing from Germany all Saturday except an email confirming the closure of the 2 cases the night before. Again UK sent a report to Germany requesting they reverse the cases and release back my money. Have you any idea how horrible it is to hear your ebay app ping 18 times as 18 case resolutions (all in German) are opened against you?!Īt 6pm I was on the phone to ebay UK and the entire call my phone app never stopped pinging. Ebay Germany advised her the only way she could be refunded was to open 18 individual cases. She was only refunded for the 2 items (1 per package) she had opened the cases for. Which they did and within the hour my money was back in my account and the 2 cases closed. They said that was wrong and emailed Germany asking for them to lift the hold and refund me my money. Well it did because they promptly put a hold on myPaypal account and threw me over £300 out of pocket. Now on Friday 5th January she opened 2 case resolutions (1 for each parcel) through ebay Germany (have you ever tried responding to a German case using google translate? stressful) I contacted her to find out why, she said she needed to get her money back and they had advised her it would not affect me. Both tracking ID's clearly show the history of the parcels and link to the Belgium couriers ending with 'passed to the Consignee' with the dates and times. Both parcels 'disappeared from the balcony 'presumably stolen'.

She wasn't in and in her absence had authorised them to leave the parcels 'on her balcony'.

The German couriers GLS delivered said parcels on 11th and 13th December respectively. Regular buyer in Germany spent over £300 on multi-buys in December which were sent to her Royal Mail tracked and signed in 2 parcels.
